I registered but found out that I am unable to attend. Can I get a refund for the event?
No, all entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no exceptions. If you are unable to make it to the event you are still invited to attend packet pickup and receive this year's fantastic giveaways!
When and where is packet pickup?
Packet Pickup TBD. (We do not currently have a location and times confirmed yet).
Do you have race day packet pickup?
No. There is no packet pickup on race day.
If I am not able to pick up my race packet during packet pickup, can I get it after the race is over?
No, race packets are only available during the designated times of packet pickup listed above. You are welcome to send a friend or family member to get your packet for you. All they need is your valid photo ID (or a copy/picture)!
Can I pick up someone else's race packet?
Yes! You must show a valid photo ID (or a copy/picture) for each person’s race packet that you are picking up.
If I am unable to participate in the Mother's Day 5k after registering, can my race packet be mailed?
No, race packets are only available during packet pick-up.
Are strollers permitted in the Mother's Day 5k?
Yes. We ask that you start at the back of the event for your safety and the safety of others.
Can I give my entry to a friend if I cannot participate?
No. Each participant must register himself/herself and sign his/her own waiver. Any person that uses another participant's bib will be disqualified. For the safety of the participants, and in the event of a medical emergency, it is imperative that the registration data associated with the race number belongs to the person wearing the bib. If the race organization becomes aware that any person has participated in the event with a someone else's bib, both parties will be prohibited from participating.
Is there a time limit on the course?
Yes, you must maintain a 20 minute-per-mile pace while on the course.
Can children participate?
Yes! As long as they are able to finish the course while maintaining the 20 minute-per-mile pace.

What is the cancellation policy?
The Mother's day 5k in accordance with management staff, city officials and local law enforcement has the authority to cancel the event for emergency purposes such as, but not limited to, inclement weather or safety concerns. If such emergency conditions force cancellation, refunds will not be provided as a large portion of funds are spent in preparation for race day. Mother's Day 5k staff will make every effort to inform participants as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.
Do you have water and portable toilets on the course?
Yes, we will have one water stop around mile 1.5. There are restrooms throughout Easton.
Can a non-participant cross the finish line with me?
No. We share in the joy of your accomplishment as you near the finish line; however, for your safety and the safety of fellow participants around you, any other person that has not registered for the Mother's Day 5k is not permitted to cross or meet you at the finish line.
Are Pets allowed?
No. Our event insurance policy prohibits participation with pets. For this reason and the safety of all participants, please leave your pets at home. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
