We regret to inform you that Healthy New Albany has canceled the Mother’s Day 5k for May 10, 2020, due to circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 Virus Global Pandemic. These circumstances around the World, Nation and the State of Ohio have made this a very difficult decision. However, we believe this decision is the right thing to do considering all the information available to us at this time from state officials and medical professionals.
We are offering 2 options regarding your registration - You can make your decision by visiting the race registration page:
Donate your registration fee to Healthy New Albany to support all of our programming we offer at the Heit Center. These programs include I am Thriving (an innovative program for women cancer survivors), Heart Health prevention programs and Integrative Wellness workshops. We will send you a tax deduction receipt for your donation to our non-profit organization if you choose this option.
You may request a refund minus the processing fees. Processing fees are charged to us by an outside company and it is not something we receive. It is an expense we incur. While it is not our policy to offer refunds, we are making an exception in this extraordinary situation. Refunds will be processed in bulk during the week of April 20th.
If we do not hear anything from you by April 15, 2020, your funds will be donated directly to Healthy New Albany.
We hope you will be back with us next year to celebrate Mother's Day 5k on May 9, 2021!
Free with registration.
An awesome, large race medal will be given to every finisher.
$10 Easton gift card for every participant.
